JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for creating and revising technical documents such as manuals, reports, brochures, or articles for the project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans, develops, organizes, writes and edits operational procedures and manuals
• Researches, develops and documents technical design specifications
• Produces electronic documentation
• Maintains a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• Manages updates and revisions to technical literature
• Determines the type of publication
• Plans writing processes and sets timelines
• Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended

This position is responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our target audience.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, proficiency in design software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Adaptability, time management, and a positive attitude are also highly valued.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1) Design and develop engaging visual materials, including but not limited to:

• Marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners;
• Digital assets for social media, websites, and online campaigns;
• Logos, and brand identity elements;
• Presentations, infographics, and illustrations; and
• UI/UX designs including wireframes and mockups.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for analyzing, documenting and testing the business and system requirements of clients.

Duties & Responsibilities 

1. Works closely with the Product Owner in understanding and analyzing the business and systems requirements of 

the clients.

2. Assists the Product Owner in creating and refining the Product Backlogs. 

3. Coordinates directly with the Development Team and End Users to ensure technical compatibility and user 

satisfaction.  

4. Formulates detailed specifications of the user stories/high-level requirements provided by the Product Owner and 

discusses with the Development Team to establish its feasibility.
