He is the concurrent Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Land Registrations Systems, Inc. Prior to joining ITPI, he served as President of Computrade Technology Philippines and held critical positions at Samsung Electronics, Dell EMC, IBM among others.
Edgardo S. Cabalde

Gary has almost 30 years of Finance Management experience mostly gained from an oil and gas industry and other multinational companies. Before joining LARES and ITPI, he was the Global CFO of a Silicon CA-based energy storage company. He also held a CFO position in a public-listed food company, Deputy CFO for a major LPG player in the Philippine Market.
Gary is a certified public accountant and a certified management accountant, a designation granted by the globally recognized program of the Institute of Certified Management of Australia. He completed the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) strategic finance program; he is a graduate member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and an MBA candidate from De La Salle University. He earned his bachelor’s in science for accountancy degree from University of
Santo Tomas in 1994.

Nick earned his MBA degree from UP Diliman, and a bachelor's degree in Statistics from UP Los Baños.
